Ayrton Apartments - Close to Hayborough Beaches with Glimpses of the Sea
This upstairs apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped. The living area has the latest flat screen television with a DVD player/recorder and a CD/Docking Station and provides access to the large balcony with views of the sea, Granite Island and the Bluff. The master bedroom has a queen bed and glimpses of the sea towards Victor Harbor and access to the rear balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a set of bunks and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity with a separate w.c. and hand basin. Whilst there is no laundry, a front load washing machine is provided in the kitchen. A portacot is available and a highchair is available on request. Undercover car parking for one car is provided with a further two cars able to fit in the driveway. Linen is available on request for an extra charge of $20 per bed.
